WHAT I BELIEVE
I have often suffered over the years with aches and pains related to my back that migrate to other parts of the body. I believe that these aches and pains can be mostly relieved by the practice of good posture. There are exercises and stretches you can do that will improve your posture, and I hope that through this video, you will be inspired to take a look at ways to create strength in your core and back.
